Tips N Tricks

Being a collegiate athlete may stink at times, but as Dory says "just keep swimming."  We just have to keep pushing.  Since we are all very busy doing our sports, we need some tips n tricks.
1) Look ahead
None of us exactly want to look ahead but if you do extra work on the weekends it may be much easier during the week.
2) Buy to go meals
Buying these meals save tons of time as you only need to go buy it and get out instead of sitting for 20 minutes of lunch.
3) Just keep swimming
It is hard but no matter what you do, never give up.  Dory never gave up and neither should you.
4) Sleep
Go to bed at a certain time so that you can wake up easier and do better work the next day.  Working on low sleep hurts both training and school, so get your sleep.
5) Set goals
What is a plan without any goals? Nothing right?  So, set up a goal and develop a plan to get to it and be successful.
