How about the college athlete struggle! The battle is long and stress inducing, do not forget that the struggles of being a college athlete are also complicated. There are so many more aspects to being a college athlete than other think. Some aspects of being a college athlete are time management, class, studying, social life, work outs, eating, extra work, traveling, and sleep.
An average day for a regular college student is a few classes with some breaks and then they are done. Maybe they go to lunch to long and are a little late. As athletes, we wish our days were that easy. Our days are filled as we have some long days and hours ahead of us. Does anyone remember how easy high school was with juggling sports, education, and a social life? Well, college is a complete jolting difference in college for myself, and I believe for many of you as well. During the weeks that I will be blogging, I will be introducing some ways that helps us relax, get studying done, and improve yourself. Hopefully, other college student athletes can use these tips to do greater things in college and with their lives. I will also describe some trouble, so that any other athlete will know that I am having what they are having in terms of troubles, or vice-versa. Just know that we are all going through the same adjustments to college life.
God be with,
