Take a step, take a skip and take a toot! You're on Christmas break now! Time to work out more, but the good thing is that there is no more school work for about a month. During the time off, we get finally relax a little, also we get to spend the three weeks to a month off with our family and friends! That is always super! Another thing about break is that we can allow our bodies to recover for the seasons. Like I said earlier, we work out more and we also have more time to allow our bodies to get ready for the season. This time is crucial to the success during the season. Let's get after it ladies and gentlemen!!
